Loaves and Fishes “The Soup Kitchen” Located at 2009 Congress St., Houston, TX 77002 and run by Billy Shepherd, an "Achiever of the Year" Award recipient '2010 from the Houston Coalition for the Homeless, manager. Loaves and Fishes serves lunch to street people six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday and celebrates Catholic Mass on Sunday. St Joseph Clubhouse A psycho-social “Club-House” aimed at the rehabilitation of members who have a psychological disability; training and enabling them to enter the workforce.
